Billing Recovery Guidance

  • Overdue invoice Settle the GoTo-issued invoice from Facility Product Admin, then refresh the invoice view to confirm the receipt and paid status.
  • Failed payment Retry through the same hosted PSP checkout or invoice link rather than collecting card details manually.
  • Webhook delay If checkout completed but the status is still open, wait for PSP confirmation and reload the invoice history before escalating.
